Our goals is to continue to moving forward with the ever changing urban lifes, and propose a new life style.
With infection risk of the novel COVID-19 being real, we take extra cares to ensure our guests and our staffs safety by taking multiple hygienic measures.

【Measures taken by DDD HOTEL】

・Limit the number of staff available at the same place.

・Place non-contact type Alcohol disinfectant spray on all floors and inside elevators.

・We are taking the temperature for everyone who is staying with us.
Please note we will ask anyone who has a 37.5 degree or higher temperature to refrain from staying with us.

・In force all staffs entering the hotel, including the workers from other companies to take their temperature everyday before work.

・In addition to the daily cleaning of the facility, we are implementing regular disinfection cleaning using alcohol sprays, especially in areas where many people may touch(e.g. doorknobs, elevator panels, tables and seats, toilet control panels and levers, diaper changing stations, switches for all rooms, safe box, refrigerator, etc.).

・When arranging rooms for our guests, we are trying our best to place an interval of 72 hours since the last guest has stayed there.

・Making sure staffs putting on masks when interacting with guests, and placing partitions.

・Daily ventilation of facility.

・Removing shared amenity shelf.

(Please ask our staff if you are in need of amenities.Kettles and deodorant spray, iron, humidifier, TV tuner will all be disinfected everytime they are used.)

・On request, we will be able to provide our food and beverage menus with disposable cups. We have also changed all cups inside guest rooms to paper cups.

・We are asking all guests to practice social distancing, and have changed the layout of our facility accordingly.

・Implementing partition shields in parts of food and beverage department.

・For the time being, we have suspended the buffet-style breakfast and will be serving each dish to everyone individually.

【Request to our guest】

・To ensure everyone can safely use our facility, we ask all our guests to use alcohol disinfectant and take their temperature upon arriving to our hotel.

・If you have a fever, we politely ask you to please refrain from traveling.

・We kindly ask you to please put on masks when in use of the free space zone.

・If your condition becomes worse while staying with us, please contact our staff from the tablet in the room immediately.
